Shine Health Services is proud to be a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Provider, we deliver support and services to Queenslanders living with a disability. The NDIS provides supports for eligible participants with a permanent and significant disability. If you meet the eligibility criteria NDIS will provide with the reasonable and necessary supports. Step 1: Register with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
Step 2: You will receive an Access Request Form that will need to be filled out with the help of your GP/specialist.
Step 3: If you meet the eligibility requirements, you will be contacted by NDIA for an initial planning meeting.
Step 4: You will receive your approved NDIS plan visa post; you can contact Shin Health Services to diss about supports you require.
